Vegan food hall to open in Uptown

XMarket Vegan Food Hall will open later this year in Uptown with six to-be-announced vendors. The food hall, slated to open sometime around Labor Day, will be managed by PlantX, a West Vancouver, B.C.-based company that sells 100% plant-based products. PlantX is partnering with restaurant developer Macromia Group to advise and operate the space.
